Too many Kentucky families are locked out of homeownership by costs that have spiraled out of control in Louisville, Lexington, and small towns alike. The answer is not more mandates from Frankfort. It is more freedom to build, buy, and choose.

Kentucky Communities
No one understands a Kentucky neighborhood better than the people who live there. Housing decisions belong close to home in Louisville Metro and across the Commonwealth, not in Frankfort and certainly not in Washington.
We champion local control and accountable leaders who listen to their communities. What works in downtown Louisville is not always what works in Bowling Green or Pikeville, and that is how it should be.
